• Complete the form so we have all of your information

• Shipping Customers: Overnight your flowers to us. Follow our detailed Shipping Instructions to ensure your bouquet arrives in the best condition. Read Our Shipping Instructions
• Estimated turnaround time for preserved bridal bouquet orders is 4–6 months. Premade items ship within 2 days

• Once we receive your flowers, we begin the preservation process right away to ensure blooms remain as fresh as possible
• Flowers are carefully dried and then designed into your chosen pieces
• We preserve all of your flowers and use the best blooms for your order (no blooms will be returned)
• Our team creates your pressed or resin pieces with great care and attention to detail

You will hear from us at key steps in the process:

1. When we receive your flowers – we’ll email you photos of what arrived
2. When your larger products are designed – about 4-6 months in, we’ll send you a photo for design approval (for trays, blocks, arches, etc.)
3. When your products are ready to ship – we’ll confirm your shipping address before sending your order home

• Once cured and polished, your products are packaged securely and shipped to you
• We’ll provide tracking details once your order is on its way
• Expect your finished preservation pieces 4–6 months after we receive your flowers
